Life is meant to be lived and we should not be limited by our finances, health allergies and ailments (I have IBS and gluten sensitivity), or the grocery store confusion, when trying to nourish our bodies. This company was born as a result of my own need of not wanting to spend so much time trying to navigate healthy eating and more time living a passionate, adventure-filled life.
My husband and I have lived in a camper truck, rented rooms, an apartment, and finally settled in a house in Boise, Idaho. I’ve learned to cook meals on a single burner stove, use whatever tools I could find when we backpacked around the Phillippines for a month, and now, in a fully stocked kitchen. My hope is to help clients cut through the noise (and the prices) to live their most fulfilling life.
I am a certified yoga instructor, ran my first half marathon this past year, love spin, and am an avid hiker. I enjoy spending time with my equally as active wildland firefighting husband (the guinea pig for the majority of my healthy snacks) and our Goldendoodle, Ruthie. I spent eight years honing my business acumen working in the fashion industry for large corporations such as Neiman Marcus and Limited Brands.
This is an adventure in what we eat, the places we go, and the balance we can create.
