Grain Free Olive Oil Granola

 

Makes 10-12 cups

INGREDIENTS

1 cup chopped walnuts

1 cup large coconut chips

1 1/2 cups pistachios

1/2 cup chopped almonds

1/2 cup ground flaxseed

1 cup pumpkin seeds

1 cup dried blueberries

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tbsp cardamom

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp pink sea salt

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 300. Mix all but the blueberries and spread on a baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
