30 Things I've Learned: #2
-Expensive champagne is better than cheap champagne
Enough said? But seriously, I know Andre is $3.00 but it's awful. Awful on it's own and awful in mimosa's. But that doesn't mean Veuve is the only other option. LaMarca prosecco, Korbel, and Martini Asti are all around $16.00 and perfect on it's own to drink. Martini Asti is sweeter than LaMarca and perfect for mimosa's (or drinking on it's own if sweeter is more your palate preference).
Everyone knows that I view champagne as it's own food group, but I do understand it's not everyone's preferential drink. However, there will be numerous times in life when an event calls for bringing champagne. Don't be the asshole who show's up with Andre or Cooks.
